Shelman Sapele marine ply, which has Lloyd's of London's Highest approval

Bottom panels cut out and set up on cradle.

Composite bottom, interior taped with 24 oz. non-woven bi-axial
fiberglass tape and epoxy, transom in place.

Turning boat over to finish composite bottom. Note motor well in place,
stem, and deck framing.

Boat turned right side up. Taping, epoxy coating, and fairing of
outside bottom have been completed. The second lapstrake plank is being fit.

Planking is complete.

Interior has been epoxy coated, stern flotation bulkheads are
installed. Platforms for console and seat are installed, strip plank cedar
side decks have been started.

Boat turned over again, planking epoxy coated, sanded, and primed.

Planking has been finish painted, bottom painted with bottom paint.

Interior view of the boat, just before going to the Maine Boat
Builder's show in March 2000. Cedar floorboards have been made and
installed, rod racks installed, forward flotation has been installed, side
decks have been finished, and hardware installed.Interior has been
varnished, and cedar oiled.
